Whether you are 16 or 84, our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and provide a challenge to all who participate. Class sizes are kept small and the social nature of our classes, in addition to your health and well-being is particularly important to us.
The priority in all our classes is to burn calories and build lean body mass and core stability, thus boosting your metabolism. Everyone works at their own pace but each week we want you to push yourself to do a little bit more than you did the week before. Depending upon the class, you will lift free weights, use your own body resistance, run, step, bike and row to earn a leaner, stronger, more defined body shape.
Our pricing policy is unique. We don’t ask you to enter a 12-month contract, but our experience shows that to feel the benefits of exercise you need to commit to coming on a regular basis.
Costs (for all classes on our timetable apart from Pilates)
£6 for any 1 class
£25 for any 5 classes to be used in an 8 week period
£50 for any 12 classes to be used in an 8 week period
Pilates = 1 class for £6, or a £30 for a 6 week course.
