Richard and Charlotte between them have competed at rugby, rowing, triathlon, running, swimming, cross-country ski-ing, hockey, netball, ultra-fit and athletics. The experience they have gained first hand, they pass onto their Personal Training clients.
You may have just entered the Great North Swim, a 5K fun run, the London Marathon, or are doing a Coast to Coast cycle ride, Richard and Charlotte as your Personal Trainers will identify the areas you need to improve so you can achieve your own personal goal, planning and guiding you all the way.
They will assess your current level of fitness, consider your goals and then devise an individually tailored plan that you will work from to help you achieve those goals quickly and safely.
£35 per one hour session
£300 for 10 x one hour sessions
£875 for 36 sessions to be taken over 12 weeks.
