Charlotte is the newest member of Team RMF. She is a qualified PE teacher, achieving a first class degree in Secondary Physical Education with QTS. In this position she delivered both the practical and theory sides of PE in both the boys and girls departments, where she was lucky enough to work alongside some world class coaches including; Henry Paul, Lewis Butcher and Melissa Hyndman.
Aside from fitness, Charlotte has developed a keen interest for food and nutrition, which began when studying A level Home Economics, she is passionate about home cooking, using fresh products to create a balanced healthy diet, with maybe the occasional baked treat thrown in along the way.
Charlotte champions everything in moderation.
Her love for sport and all things active started at a very young age- she was even nicknamed ‘Baby Gladiator’ by her reception teacher. As a youngster she played in all the school teams. She was netball captain for 3 years, and also head of School House. She swam for Carnforth Otters, danced at the Taylor School of Dance and whilst doing all this found time to learn to ride.
When a teenager her focus shifted to athletics where she competed in multi events. She represented Lancashire in the Heptathlon team and the same year went on to win the intermediate girls 300m sprint at the county championships
When not working, training or cooking, she still finds time to ride her horse Freddie, or can be found with Rufus the cocker spaniel and her partner Matt.
