Richard Mason Fitness and Personal Training Studio

We have over 25 years of real world fitness experience, and you can be confident you will receive the highest level of personal training and overall fitness coaching, in our private, purpose built, fully equipped studios.

Our clients trust us to get them where they want to go in the shortest space of time, and in the most enjoyable manner.  We have a method and a model behind everything we do, and constantly adapt and tweak that to each unique individual’s different circumstances, physical make up and goals.

Body Blast Bootcamp is aimed at both male and female clients.

Our goal is to get you into the best shape of your life and create a fitter, stronger, healthier you.

You will be part of a small-group class.  Workouts will be inside and outside and involve a combination of lifting, pulling, pushing and running.

You will be weighed each week and receive a nutritional pack, full support and guidance to keep you motivated and ensure you reach your goals.

Most people fail because they never get started.  You are in expert hands, we won’t let you fail.

Costs: £120 for 3 bootcamp classes per week for an 8 week period.

We believe that anyone can effect positive change if they put their mind to it, and our goal is to ensure that each person who enters our premises, either for a one to one personal training session, or for a group fitness class, leaves a happier, more confident and healthier person.

Delivery of the highest standard is paramount to our approach.  But above all we will ensure that you are training safely, efficiently and most of all ACHIEVING RESULTS.
